West Bay is a delightful little seaside resort on the Jurassic Coast near Bridport in Dorset.  This unassuming place has attracted artists and authors as well as television crews more recently. This book illustrates how the harbour has changed since the time of JMW Turner who visited in the early 1820's to more recent contemporary artists such as David Inshaw, whose beautiful image of East Cliff adorns the book cover.  Historical notes as well as biographical details makes this book a delight to read. A must for lovers of art, history, salty detail and so much more.  The book is a lovely reminder of why we love West Bay so much.
